Yes, the audit was completed and a PR was released stating that. It also said in that PR that it would be available for viewing in the "Coming Weeks." It's been several weeks now.

Frank screwed us....again.

agreed.. You know he may only release AUDIT results on the shareholder DVD at first - that would be my guess..Then release it on the QTN website..

The audit results will not get PR'ed so dont look for one..Its for shareholders only not for general public. Because it really has nothing to do with QTN programming..

Your right on that chev. I don't read anywhere that Frank said today was the release of the audit.

Funny how people read things, then say that it means this.

I guess they are reading what they want it to say, and not what it says.

Dear Shareholders:
Q Television Network, being a subsidiary of Triangle Multi Media, completed its audit on Friday, October 28, 2005. The audit is currently going through its certification process and will be available for viewing within the coming weeks.

I know. I honestly would rather have him say that the audit is complete and here it is in its raw state. It's certification process with the SEC could take "x" amount of time, but in the mean time while we wait... We will now update this audit monthly to show growth because it is so important and explosive now that it has to be updated monthly and it will keep shareholders in the loop. That being said, here is an update on the certified FACTS from the audit...then go from here.
