Your first post on our Board, and I'd like to say:
To the Board!
As far as how much one should invest in this Company is a matter of personal preference's IMO...I'd at least start a 'core' position here at these "Low" prices, and add as the information from the Company gets better...
Like: first see if the ProGas deal actually closes by the end of this month "as Promised!"...
I have a 'feeling' we may get some Interesting PR's this week, hopefully about why the CEO was in Seattle last week...
As to "I think the biggest item of interest at this point in time is the acquisition of ProGas. My question is how can they 'afford' to take over a company with 100s of millions in revenue? Do they have the cash/stock resources to accomplish this?"
I believe the Company is a "Money Making Machine" with their Sand and Gravel and Trucking Divisions 'NOW', and the Oil and Gas Division 'will be' one soon too...
I also believe the Management took the opportunity to sell a LOT of stock on the run-up at the beginning of September, and that added a Ton of Cash to the Company Treasury, that enabled them to purchase their most recent Acquisitions with mostly 'Cash'...
Of course, until the Company releases 'Audited Financials', we can only 'Guess' as to what's 'Really' going on...
If they live up to their 'Promises', as they seem to do a very good job of 'So Far'...I'm almost certain that all of us that 'Invested' in this Company at these low levels, will be VERY Happy that we did by the middle of next year...
We are Glad to have another new poster to our Board, and wish you Good Luck here, and with All your Investments...
