This section?

Commencing July 1, 2013, the conversion rate for all Notes becomes the lower of (x) the conversion rate described above or (y) 85% of the average of the daily VWAP of each trading day during the twenty (20) consecutive trading day period ending on the trading day immediately prior to the conversion date, subject to adjustments as provided in the Notes. We have the right to redeem, at 120% of face value, up to 75% of the Series A and Series B Notes.

I understand everything.

Bottom line is this.

Hudson and Iroquis are taking a huge risk as well and the exposure and money there going to bring into WDDD is well worth it's weight in Gold.

Everyone has there opinion and i respect yours as well. We are going much higher and with a favorable Markman hearing this deal will be like a pin In a Haystack.

Unless you can bring a Specific reason you are concerned other than generic paraphrases I would love to hear them.

Altucher is coming he follows these institutions and many others as well.

The cash IMO will be Used for uplisting. I expect much more cash when 1.00 is broken and also expect more Lawsuits. Cash in the Bank is needed.

Great deal!!

Looks good to me! By the time July comes around the stock will most likely be well over $1, so they will get to convert at the stated conversion rate of X.

Until July 1, 2013 (i) the Series A Notes initially convert into our common stock at a rate of $0.50 per share, (ii) the Series B initially convert at a rate of $0.75 per share and (iii) the Series C Notes initially convert at a rate of $0.35 per share, in each case subject to adjustments as provided in the Notes.
