Evcarco, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Corporation”) to advise them that the Board of Directors of the Corporation, having more than fifty percent (50%) of the total voting shares of the Corporation, have given their written consent (the “Written Consents”) on February 18, 2013, to change the Corporation’s name to Third Stone Ventures, Inc., which will also result in a change to the stock symbol of the company. The Board of Directors is seeking this approval by the solicitation of written consents. We are not holding a meeting of stockholders in connection with this consent solicitation.
