After reading it back to myself though I think the staff member answered that as two separate questions.

They do not have a date for the website

then...

they cannot release info about the CC deal without approval from CC.

wickw50, why do you make people jump through hoops for info ala "go back and read the filings", or "do your own DD" etc?

in the same time it takes to type those replies you could just pony up the info with a link

wouldnt that make for a generally better informed group rather than so much left up to interpretation and specOlation?
