Well we know some have invested privately in CYBK so I don't think Chris was just passing out free shares...
I do think he found some gullible private investors he met through Matt Dwyer got them to invest and is now dumping into their bids all the while blaming the awareness campaign...
As far as I have found the last awareness was paid in cash by a 3rd party PC claims they are dumping shares but with out verification of where/how they got shares that is pure speculation.
