Yes, a breakdown of results based on ECOG will be interesting. Based on the poster at AACR, 16% of the treatment arm was ECOG (5patients out of 32) vs, 6% in the control arm (2 out of 34). I have a hunch that may have affected the trial results.
Funny, haven't seen Dew or AF commenting on the possible bias in the ECOG breakdown like they were trying to do for every subgroup possible in the 2nd line lung.
It would seem in a small study that if these ECOG2 all have similarly bad results then the MOS for the treatment arm could be drasticly affected
