Not a dormant office. Just an inactive corporation. They have a registered company in Spain by the name Abrego Spain SL. Wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in Nov 2010, but it never went operational, probably due to the hard recession that hit the country.

It's in their financial statements

There are no other dormant Offices. Denmark office only started in January 2013 after the new Country Manager came on board in December 2012.
