Not sure whether this is a good thing or not, I'm not an expert. I suppose it may boost the price momentarily but it appears that top management is trying to show faith in the company without putting up big money. The problem I have is it appears they are all buying 10 year call leaps which they probably can exercise at any time. If they bought regular options with a 6 month expiration it would mean a lot more. If they simply bought common stock instead of these options, investors would be all in.

It shows they have faith that the price will be going up, but it doesn't mean as much as buys...those options are being granted for free so it costs them nothing. With all of them happening at once I assume it was just one of those compensation things. It was Senior Staff bonus week. The results on the price of the stock..possibly a short term boost, but you won't see any sustainable gains without real concrete news.

I like the company, and what they do. I am not bashing when I say that I expect the PPS to drop. Just what i think, and what I am waiting to re-buy again.
