In one sentences he is telling you they don't need to hire additional talent and then the set aside for bonuses is twice that of a start up. I am just going to assume 10million o/s in any projections I make. I wish they understood they don't have to bonus themselves at the first available moment. Who would care how much they gave themselves if they had made a profit for shareholders. Just a lack of business acumen.
I like the talk about margin improvement in the presentation but setting aside 30% of the company (1.5 MM shares) in an employee incentive plan is another slap in the face of the shareholders IMO.
