The sad thing is, I suspect that any terrorists with any degree of sophistication had already downloaded the infrastructure info for the US long before 9-11, and even now, while it might be hard to find with a search engine, its in archived web pages somewhere...just waiting to be dug out. We are blessed by the amount of information we can access on the internet, but damned by what we made available, not having thought the process out far enough into the future.
