These director putting their own money to keep things afloat in exchange for issuing shares to themselves.

Even though they said equity financing is an option, I have not seen them borrow money from third party investors. At least not in filing to date which is good for us.

I also agree to the point they have to issues billions and billions shares to raise small amount of capital given current PPS. It is not practical to raise that much capital using equity financing.
