You are kidding, right? Unless he is running some other business on the side, I can't imagine what he does all day. He has a shell company with no website, no assets, no expertise, no joint ventures, and no product to sell. Does he have a newspaper route on the side? Does he volunteer his time at an old folk's home? Does he read a lot? Soduku?

The only reason why the website and email no longer work is because they were set up by promoters as part of a short-term promotion. What is Marc going to announce soon? A name change.

What reason is that? Is the CEO of GDSM giving out inside information again? Is the CEO to busy of a man to update the date of the amended 2B share increase? To busy doing what exactly? Since he "Doesn't answer every call," perhaps soneone could share their conversations they had with Marc.

IMO, investors here are going to be pleasantly surprised.

Investors here are already surprised IMO, by the complete and total lack of transparency, PR's that are nothing but Fluff and the MASSIVE DILUTION that GDSM has allowed so that the CEO and CFO can be off partying like Rock Stars on investor money.

There is no FUTURE for GDSM, it's been nothing but a HOAX since 1996 when it attempted to sell Cinnabons.

There is no legitimate reason to lose your company's website because of a $10 dollar annual fee, the end. The lack of professionalism and business ethic in GDSM is appalling.

I'm not doubting that this could run again, but everyone's got their own set of standards and for me this one has dropped well below the moral horizon--a long time ago. Time, effort, and money better spent elsewhere with less risk-far far less risk.

To each their own at this point, GDSM has been beat to death from every possible angle, every single day here. You guys are making me go cross eyed reading the same back and forth every day :(
