Similar scenario played out on CCR1..only reason I bought that ticker...huge bidders and scooping going on. There was 5m on the ask at 19 (bought at 18) and when the scooping was done, they ran it. PCFG may go big or not at all...place your bets, but some entity has been doing some major accumulation here.
