Titan I told you in my posts that Jamie said you have to call your broker and have them call the TA. Etrade called the TA and those are the numbers. He put it on 3 way call so I could hear the numbers. I am giving you the facts what you choose to do with them is your own decision.

EDXC is a dilution pig anyway you look at it.

It is a dilution piglet meaning it still has a low float because its pot play status is new. So with lots of momentum and volume the price will still go up.

Here is the biggest problem with dilution. It creates the incentive to be the first to sell. Lets say for instance you paid EDXC management $20k for a set number of shares. You want to sell your shares and make money. So when the news comes out you start selling shares. The first time this happens you are the only one selling shares so the price shoots up.

Well management needs more money so they go to some other guy that gives them $20k for a set number of shares. The first guys still has some shares to sell or he goes and buys some more without knowing about the second guy. Now some more news comes out and the first guys starts selling his shares and the second guys who is a eager beaver really starts selling his shares. The price goes up initially but then stalls and goes down.

In the meantime management needs some more money and they sell a set number of shares to a third guy.

Next time some news comes out the first guy says to himself I'm getting rid of this because someone else is dumping also. Well the 2nd guy the eager beaver doesn't like to be beat at anything. What they both don't realize is that there is a 3rd guy and he's retarded. The Retard doesn't even wait for the news he just starts dumping shares as soon as he get em. After all he's a retard.

The other factor is the shareholders now bagholders get scared and start selling as well.

Down it goes.

That's how dilution works. EDXC has gone down the path of dilution. I've seen a lot of companies do this about 97% of all penny stocks and of those 97% they have all either r/s and remorphed into the next latest and greatest thing. Changed symbols or simply cease to exists.
