Perhaps a background in accounting is the reason. He'd be in the prefect position to know that it was better to take something now rather than nothing later. But who knows he may have left ahead of the chit coming given whats going on with Big Apple/Boost Marketing or he may have been booted out. Someone tried to pull that fast one with the Wild-Cap site but that may have just been someone trying to flip the stock. Who knows lot of shady stuff going on. IMO
