There is no "will make it, PERIOD" on the pink sheets. Anyone who has any experience with pink sheet companies knows that ANYTHING can happen on the pinks at any time, including long delays like shareholders have seen here since 2010 regarding the CE Mark and not even coming close to keeping a schedule. All kinds of surprises can pop up during an audit, like missing documents that can take months to find.
