SMD...delighted to see you here. Was beginning to think that this board had been abandoned. God forbid. It is a breath of Spring.

Certainly lots going on, and I enjoy the posts such as yours.
As they say, "The Plot Thickens". I frankly have a good feeling about Stone-Whyte etc. right on target - more or less sorting through things so as not to leave any 'Stone' (pun?) unturned.

When last I checked, there were 57 evaluations on the "Courthouse Forum" re: Judge Robert E. Payne. Far and away the largest # there. Awwwwwww...

SMD, I think its a nuisance, similar to the Holiday Matinee suit (except Payne is involved). I'm not worrying about it until after the Hynix case.
