I agree it's not his fault that the company is failing, he just had some poor marketing decisions made but I'm sure he's a decent guy. Marketing is only a part of why this company is where it's at. Best of luck to him. He is probably better off with his new endeavors.
Marketing is one piece of the puzzle. My comment was directed "generally speaking". Have you stepped foot in the building on Washington Avenue or a portrait studio? Are you simply reading numbers? There are many facets to the instability of CPI.
