And in that flurry of activity you're almost certainly way underwater on all those new shares, right? They're trying to crack through stops at $3.00, almost $0.005 from doing it too. When things like this craziness occur I prefer to not be reactive, wait until things shake out before making a move - way to easy to get caught up in the madness and make decisions you may later regret.
Not saying you won't eventually be holding winners, just saying you surely could have gotten more shares at a cheaper price by having patience - if I'd been in the market for more shares of NAVB, I'd have looked right at that $3 stop loss mark and put in a stink bid or two to see if I got filled below $3.
