UBS buy means What???

UBS analysts Steven Valiquette upgrade was based on what Should occur and not on what has occured...
1) ACA/ObamabaCare will not be in place until to 2014 and they are fighting over it now..
2) Walgreens underspend for Marketing costs in returning Esrx patients, This has not been reported in any public domain!!!
3)Walgreens Buyout of Alliance Boots, this M&A has not Closed and Wag stock dilution was not addressed.

Had you read his definition of Buy before the S/P jumped. it is bases on 1-2 year outlook with no DEA problems ahead, even Walgreens 8K has this veil'd disclosure included.

3 unknown externalities, thats WHAT this upgrade is based on. These events have not taken place or reported, but this is enough for Steven Valiquette UBS Analysts who must be using the magic 8 ball without Facts or financial numbers for his upgrade.
