I don't see how CSTI is keeping this stock low. The bids aren't even close to .0033, so CSTI, in my opinion, is having a negligible effect. If the bid was being driven up, and then hit a wall with CSTI selling a large number of shares on the "cheap" then I would agree.
From what I am seeing on L2, FIMA is being kept down by a lack of high bids, not CSTI dumping shares at retail, CSTI is selling shares nearly 27% above the bid.
FIMA has a long history of taking "naps", having extended periods of low to no volume. I blame this on a lack of solid information, which makes it hard to value the company, and therefore makes it a less than desirable investment, until it hits rock bottom.
