The new share structure should provide some interesting trading. Only 10 million shares total for 3 years and initially the float will only be around 1.6 million shares. Of the 5.9 billion current shares, about half are in certificate form and half electronic so the 3 billion electronic shares will be converted down to around 1.6 million. Those who have current certs will be issued new certs and the unsecured creditors will get certs for their 22%.
