Agreed silver there wouldn't have been an offering if the investment demand was not there. The media paints a rosy picture of the US economy but reality is starting to set in and the market is beginning to see the opportunities in producing Jr's like LODE vs Treasuries. Rates are not going up they can't without risking default on the debt

When big money steps up its probably best to try and work the deal. I see this as very positive and I intend to to take advantage of this dip

Will you still be supporting that theory when it's losing buckets of money with three mines working on four? How about three years from now when the company is still losing money? People were saying this was a great deal at $3.50 when this management group took over and look how well that worked out. Until and unless this company starts turning a profit the stock will continue to languish.

As to the compensation, the latest info is in the Proxy sent out last May.

They don't disclose his pay in the 10K unfortunately so you will have to wait for the next proxy to learn how much he got this last year.
