LVWD.. $0.2711.. Well it seemed to work and I was able to sell shares into it.. I don't know why LVWD always seems easier to buy than sell but I'm still wary as to what the earnings will be.. As to the offering at VFIN being real.. I don't think I want to bid and see if it's there or not but it shows up on the e-trade monitor as a sell.. hank
