Pretty sure it's 2 based on every trial to date and doubt Garnick is up there saying what he is to fool a BP and the FDA. Doubt they all fooled PJ too.
Bavi works, may work too well? Someone wanted it to fail and if it didn't work, why would they want it to fail?
I can understand that, though in my opinion if a BP is not buying #1 ( results of the investigation ) then that would imply ?? ... that a BP doesn't buy the story line "Clear Evidence Of Dose Switching" ? and if they don't buy that it implies Peregrine "manufactured" this story line?
I know... just making these assumptions on IF "they're not buying the results of the investigation.." and I know its tough to see at this point with the pps at these levels but Bavi works...
Peregrine I believe must be playing hard ball to get their terms because they can only make the partnering terms once and once made they have to live with the terms. King said on the conference call that even in these last set of trials they are "learning even more about how Bavi works... "
That tells me they are in no way going to settle for anything less other than their financial terms and I don't think any Big Pharma likes being told what the terms must be because normally its they that come to the smaller biotechs saying "take or leave it"
I think its now Peregrine saying to a BP: "take it or leave it... and wait for more data to come out when our terms may be higher.."
Sorry if I do have high expectations.... because its what I truly believe. I also believe that this story of "sabotage" is a touchy subject for Peregrine and legally they can't legally give details but that doesn't mean everyone has to stay clear.
I think as the days go on.... the odds are increasing for one investigative reporter to open pandoras box and start releasing some of the facts they uncover and I hope its soon.
