It's always said "yield" and why would they file proper documentation when for ONE, they don't have to in the pinks and TWO, they are becoming Airtrona and the symbol CCRY will be no more. It costs money to file and there simply isn't any point in doing so under the ticker symbol "CCRY"..

The company has been in the limited tier since December, and it was actually upgraded from OTC no information..
