Nobody here disputes the audited AS/OS submission of the company... It is what it is! What is in dispute here is what the short position may/may not be!

I would speculate it is >0 and something less that 4 billion!... and I seem to have no way to tell! That seems to work in favor of those folks with a short position!

Is dilution used to scare possible investors that don't really Know the real deal ? Did $PNCH grow 2500% in the last year ? Do they now have 42 Affiliates broadcasting PUNCH TV ? Do they have EVERY possible opening for advertisement filled ? Do they have 2 airports that are broadcasting IC PUNCH MEDIA inc. now and 10 more this year ? You can't do that unless you have means ! It takes MONEY to make MONEY !! Hint...don't ASSuME anything until you know for certain. It is really embarrassing if you have pride...When everything proves different...GL !

I would assume the rate of DILUTION has not changed in the past quarter.
