Dilution after the RS. The group selling would be the debt holders who had to wait until after another RS to sell so there would be enough shares in the AS. I would not touch it until they are done. IMO that will be more than a day or 2 ahead and you will likely see low trips before they are done. JMO.

Can someone explain what is happening? Is this shorting or dilution?
