You are in Canada so you can't trade until the SEC lifts the Canadian SEC freeze. There should be a update in the next few weeks.

I talked about it in my AVVH Alert post at the link below.

Until the Canadian trading restriction is lifted you'll need to open up an account with a US address to buy shares.
