The Fact Sheet is recent and indicates that by June we can become operational. That suggests the planned ground work at the mill and mines is underway and on schedule, and that they have confidence in the Permit approval process. It is a fairly easy thing to check but requires a site visit, which I may be up for in April, if we don't get some sort of official update via PR, SEC filing, Web Site, or other source.
It's not that I don't trust them but I don't know them and there are a few people claiming they shouldn't be trusted.
