DFYSW,

Your post tells the truth.

"On August 8 PBLS announced their intention to accelerate the process and "proceed with all possible haste to make our fully reporting status become a reality in the shortest amount of time." The best thing an honest pink sheet management can do is to follow through on such a pledge and devote all company resources toward fulfilling it."

You seem very wise, although you will appear as a basher. That is why you should invest only what you can afford to lose and I mean completely lose in a company as PBLS.

I am 99% sure that the company is honest as I have searched SEC.GOV and found no wrong doing by any management and there is no history of a R/S with this company. It has been a penny(micropenny) for as long as I can tell. It is very apparent that this company is very serious about their growth and succuess. That is why I think PBLS reward outweighs the risk exponentially. I honestly believe that this company will make it to the bigger boards next year. If they dont go to AMEX next year(which they will qualify if they post financials by end of 2nd quarter) then by the following year I believe they will make it. They are easy to contact and eager for investors to visit their place of business. They are based in a relatively safe place as opposed to Las Vegas or a number of other places and they have released unaudited financials.

My only concern is that their growth may be too much for them unless they hire more people to take care of the many business ventures they are into. They need to make sure that they do not get behind the "power curve". They need to make sure that they have the right and enough people in the right places.

I have looked into many companies into pinks and otcbb with great potential and have lost the majority of the time. I have never seen the potential that there is with PBLS, ever!

DDYSW I cannot and will not refute any information in your thoughtful post. Based on your sentiment I do hope that you have sold all of your shares if you were long or that you will not buy shares if you were previously contemplating such. There is no doubt about SP performance. Based on personal experience I do not equate SP and PR substance or frequency, even though one may depend upon the other. I like what I hold and therefore I am not selling.
