Anthony, if our mindsets are similar then we would agree that whoever is selling at these levels is a fool. I bought more shares between 2/1/2013 and 2/28/2013 at a pps between .0009 and .001 ; those shares were hard to come by and took time for the orders to go thru... The only thing that makes sense to me is that someone who has many many millions of shares is starting to dump to increase volume therefore bring attention AVVH. For the first time since August of 2011 the Accumulation / Distribution is has taken a huge downward turn. Someone is selling whom has shares to spare.

Remember your post # 9300 where you wrote "TRUST me,,,,their will be "NO" hesitation in being all over someone ""who for lack of a politically correct word"" SCREWS with this stock.I have developed a unique relationship with someone at the BCSC and she told me,"any time" That I feel their may be an issue with said stock,CALL her.Thanks Jr."

Perhaps it is time to begin to closely monitor the situation. Remember that insiders who hold stock (We know of 3 people who have 300mm each) can legally sell up to 1% in a 90 day period. That means those who have 300mm shares can sell only 3mm per 90 day period. But if they know each other and sell together that would mean 9mm sold per 90 days.

Now for some fun facts. I was the big buyer of AVVH for the month of February. I purchased a total of 6,093,523 between 2/1/2013 and 2/28/2013. Orders went thru slowly. The accumulation / distribution went up all month as it has been going up since August of 2011.

Between 2/28/2013 and 3/11/2013 there have been 14,832,350 shares of AVVH sold that have brought the pps down as well as the accum / dist. I am speculating, but IF you-know-who is selling then they have maxed out their limit until late May or early June.

Any further selling of large amounts that brings the accum / dist further down will be deemed suspicious in my opinion.
