I believe what Ditka meant was, there is no volume because they is no liquidity. Too few shares at these levels. Only a big event will loosen things up for a big move upwards.
And that event is not too far away.
Again, the company is not playing by pink rules of fluff and pump and that can be frustrating for some. A real company cannot be too caught up with the share price. As long as it continues to improve its business and generate more revenue and profit, the share price will follow.
