Maybe they are trying to bring back the DTA, or part of it. Who knows...accounting rules are arcane and different people can disagree.

My big worry is that a decision will be made in secret and August 17th #2 will be on us before we can move a muscle only it will go to zero this time and not come back. Legitimate worry? You tell me. And in a perverse way it adds to the challenge and the uncertainty adds to the potential. The day we know we are not going to be harpooned we are rich because the business is healthy again, which doesn't mean a thing until and unless C-ship goes and our "economic interest" is actualized. Some on YMB are saying everything changes the day Demarco leaves. I have no idea about that..
