I wouldn't hold you breath sadly. When I tried to use my PTO in the first week of January, I was told that I was only authorized for 37.5 hrs never used any PTO previously. After a couple attempts at contacting HR, I've been forced to open a complaint with the labor board to try and get me my money owed, since there is the threat of bankruptcy / liquidation any day now.

They've moved to take Canada out of the mix of the other assets.

How that works without a connection to the current parent, I don't know, but, I don't know how separate the businesses are now. Does Canada have the same dependence on corporate central as the rest, or is production separate ?
