Very ODD the "news" is from what is essentially a blog that anybody can create a account and post on.
The "news" is signed off on by nobody known to be connected to SKTO, until now.
This IS/WOULD BE a material change so a 8K IS required. 3 days to play it of now.

SK3 Group, Inc. (OTC Pink: SKTO) today announces that it has acquired Medical Greens ™ and has changed its business model to focus purely in the medical marijuana space.

Then what happened to the rest of the subsidiaries and assets? Again, if any of the last known assets are gone then a 8K would be in order.
