Hey, Larry! I sure am one! It took me amost 3 months, of looking, almost every day to find that property. I the first one to see it, because a real estate agent used to live there. Her ex kept the property and rented it out. Paid her in cash for her interest in the property. Two years later, he decided to sell. I had regestered at her office, a month before that. So she gave me a call and said, I could see it, before she put it on the market. I made him an offer, he counted back, I counted back and SOLD in less the 24 hours...LOL...
