How have they not? They have done a lot in the new year to grow the company. We should know if they won the WA contract by the end of the week. Did you honestly expect this company to have REV's of millions? The fact is they are a lot better off than a lot of penny companies...and if they prove by winning the WA contract that they know the business, the REV's will be flowing when other states jump on board MJ.
Your complaints are hilarious and it really makes me think you have no idea about penny stocks. The fact they do not dillute and have a legit business means they are ABOVE AND BEYOND 98% of the penny companies.
