For anyone interested, I live in the same neighborhood as Solos - been watching their "corp" office in Hyde Park for a while.... Warehouse is plenty big for expansion. :)

That photo is one of the warehouses in Boston/Dedham Commerce Park, so I assume it looks similar. Looking at the site plan/floor plan there's not going to be much difference from one warehouse to another. I should have cropped off the details, but as far as the photo, I would have to say it very similar if not accurate to the actual warehouse SNDY uses.
Ive called and left a message to the property owner and hopefully I could get the square footage of WEST B, SNDY's location. As soon I do I will post it.
