This is an irrelevant distraction. It would better serve everyone to focus on the facts that:


1) John Bordynuik has claimed since 2009 that JBI can produce oil for a total cost of less than $10/bbl, and sell it at +85% profit margins.

2) Thousands of folks invested in JBI because of these claims.

2) JBI loses $1.4 MILLION/Month, and has done so every month of its existence.



Possibly more fraud charges in the future?


Will angry victims empty Bordynuik's personal bank accounts?
