If you ask MKT it's one year, and I guess some people think I'm bashing for asking a valid question. If anyone has proof of the one year time frame, other than what Doxey says, I'd like to know. The patent office is subject to a backlog, so I'm skeptical as to how they could possibly deliver approval at exactly one year every time. If it happens, I'll be just as happy as all the other longs, trust me.
