LOCH/MORPH/CDEX has tried and given up on COWS, Solar/lunar pumps, cottonseed to feed the starving masses, ELF, VAMMP, Airport explosive checkers, and lately the MYTH Gun. They are now down to MORPH 3 and 4 of the failed VALIMED.

Need sumpin new. What will it be?? We have a hint that it might be MEDICAL LAB TESTS FOR THE MASSES. Where people that suspect that they may have HIV or some other dread condition can go and get confidential lab tests done.

But who knows? JB has shown that he is no slouch at imagineing up stuff...though not as good at it as EEMPEE...
