Do the local papers cite BTHR's current balance sheet? Do they cite BTHR's current cash on hand? Do they cite how quickly BTHR closed on their last LOI for KFCs, LJS, and Taco Bell? In fact, how long did it take for BTHR to close it's last LOI?
