It said it expires but according to the patent office, was renewed and current. So obviously they still hold the patent rights to DR-70/Onko Sure. Also says they have 3 more patent applications in the works. You should take your accusations to the Patent Office because it seems they're in collusion with Radient considering they have one thing and you say another.

Our patent for a method for detecting the presence of ring shaped particles as tumor markers was issued on June 3, 1997 and expires on June 3, 2014. We have three additional patent applications pending in the U.S. with respect to our methodology for the ONKO-SUREtm tumor-markers as reliable indicators of the presence of cancer. In addition, we have one patent based on our methodology for the ONKO-SUREtm tumor marker pending in Europe.
