I was wondering about that myself and read it again. It looks as though it includes the human studies...but, would they really put it out so casually?

Since he refers to "data from the studies" can we assume he also includes human testing in that data?

Dr. F and Karin.... I totally agree with your assessment. The key words to me are "tested to date" which has to include the human trials to this point.
