I read this site carefully--there is no proof, just general allegations in gosy's counterclaim. Still looking for one specific company or person that terminated it's relationship with gosy due to Wallace's conduct. marty does mention some companies and people, but provide ZERO evidence that Wallace ever communicated with them or that they changed due to any conduct by Wallace. This is why marty's case will be dismissed when the discovery period ends. It's not enough to claim that a company terminated their relationship and you assume it was because of Wallace. In court you need proof. In spencerland, only delusions.

The operative word being VICTORY. What's Wallace supposed to do if marty hides in his ill-gotten house and refuses to show up? The default was marty's idea. He knew he would lose anyway. Wallace can't force marty to default. Only marty can make that decision.
