DTC Chill update: We have received a questionairre back from the DTC. An SEC attorney is in receipt of this and is filing our answers. Bourque Industries also believes as we announced last year that going Fully Reporting will help with accountability as well. We are still in process with this and when complete will help elevate our position in the market.
This process takes a good 4-6 months and is a bear to get thru. It extends from the "Fairhills" and "Ironridge" deals JB originated last year. "Google" the DTC Chill removal process and you'll get a feel for the complexity.
JB is no longer around but Sean is doing his best to clear up some of the messes he left behind and regenerate client prospects JB turned off -
The DTC Chill is not the fault of Sean or the NEW BOD members.
Depends on which Brokerage house you use (one I know of for sure is TD Ameritrade) to puchase BORK. TD does not let you purchase any shares. Sooooo....
I opened up aother account with e-trade and I can buy and sell no problem.
Scottrade does also.
That's if I am interpeting your earlier message correctly?
