Thanks for the post Bobwins re HLB.to=HLSRF.pk. I think at this point it's priced in. Their PR's claim that operational issues, such as reduced margins, were temporal.

I tend to be cynical and cautious also. However, buying at lows is my style, when the chart still looks tough and when negatives are still in the air, particularly where a share price is now a fraction of the highs. The story was most positive at the high.

As the emotion changes with record cold weather and record natural gas prices, oil at close to peak prices, etc., the cost of delivering energy with coal is about 1/3 alternative sources.
