The reason they stopped production is that Playboy went behind their back and started infringing on their distribution channels. Telling distributors not to pay PlayBev so they couldn't make a $2 million upfront payment. Playboy basically destroyed any credibility with distributors by not backing the product, in hopes of getting a new licensee. I understand the frustration over the years, but it seems to me things were heading in the right direction until Playboy screwed them over. Sales were approaching $10 million and the distribution network was growing.
And I think a court is going to see that too.
